Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bij99 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account or using the bij99 Platform in any way, you represent and warrant that you satisfy every condition listed below at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. bij99 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned minus any bonuses claimed.
• Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited for the type of activity you are engaging in. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bij99 is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You are not acting under any legal disability, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into agreements.
• One Account Per Person: You do not already hold an active bij99 account. bij99 permits one account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Funds: All funds deposited into your bij99 account are your own personal funds, derived from lawful sources. You are not depositing on behalf of a third party, and you are not engaged in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — whether requested directly through bij99 or through any other gaming platform or scheme to which bij99 is connected. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register will be identified and their accounts closed.
• Employee Restriction: You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bij99, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Account Registration & Verification

To access bij99's full range of gaming, betting, and payment services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal bij99 account. Registration is free. By submitting your registration details, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current, and you agree to update your details promptly if any information changes.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a contact number reachable in Bangladesh, and your preferred payment method details (such as your bKash or Nagad number). You will also be required to create a secure password for your account. bij99 recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other platform.

• Accurate Information: All registration details must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bij99 username and password. bij99 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your bij99 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bij99 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. bij99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account.
• KYC Documents: Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any other time bij99 determines appropriate based on risk assessment — you may be required to submit identity documents. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.
• Verification Timeframe: bij99 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. bij99 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or illegible documentation.
• Account Closure: bij99 reserves the right to close any account, at its discretion, where registration conditions have not been met, where fraudulent activity is detected, or where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bij99 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods tailored specifically to the needs of Bangladeshi players. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. bij99 charges zero platform fees on any deposit or withdrawal transaction. Standard network or provider fees charged by your payment provider may apply and are outside bij99's control.

Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount at bij99 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bij99, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bij99 account in real time or within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Currency: All bij99 accounts for Bangladeshi players are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit Matching: bij99 verifies that the name on the payment method used for deposit matches the name registered on your bij99 account. Deposits from third-party payment methods will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your payment account but has not been credited to your bij99 balance within 30 minutes, please contact bij99 support via live chat with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request at bij99 is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Time: bij99 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of submission for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. bij99 will not process a withdrawal to an account that has not been verified.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name that was previously used to fund your bij99 account, where technically feasible. bij99 reserves the right to request additional documentation if a withdrawal is requested to a method not previously used.
• Bonus Balance: Funds held as active bonus balance are not available for withdrawal until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Only cleared real-money balance is withdrawable.
• Refusal of Withdrawal: bij99 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, where the account is under investigation, or where terms have been violated. In such cases, bij99 will notify the player and provide a reason where legally permissible.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

bij99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include the Welcome Bonus, weekly reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: New players at bij99 are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is available to each new player once only and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of winnings is permitted.
• Wagering Requirement Calculation: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus under the 200% Welcome Bonus offer, your total wagering requirement is (৳1,000 + ৳2,000) × 30 = ৳90,000 in eligible wagers. Only wagers placed with real-money balance contribute to wagering requirements; wagers placed with bonus funds do not count toward the requirement.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino and table games (including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10%. Crash games and virtual sports contribute 50%. Sports betting wagers placed with bonus funds require minimum odds of 1.50 per selection to contribute. Specific game contribution rates are published in the promotion details page for each offer.
• Bonus Expiry: All bij99 bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issuance unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period.
• Bonus Abuse: bij99 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies to systematically meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless specified otherwise in individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at 10x the bonus amount received. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the account balance when a withdrawal is requested.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: bij99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bij99 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, ethical, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players. Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the bij99 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You will not use bij99 in connection with any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or identity theft.
• No Automated Software: You will not use bots, automated scripts, data-mining tools, AI-assisted betting systems, or any other automated means to interact with the bij99 Platform. All gameplay and betting must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• No Collusion: You will not collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. This includes sharing hole cards, coordinating bets in live dealer games, or any other form of coordinated play designed to exploit the Platform.
• No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals on any bij99 deposit transaction. Initiating a chargeback is considered fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action to recover any funds wrongfully reclaimed.
• Accurate Representations: You will not impersonate any other person, create an account on behalf of another person, or provide false information to bij99 at any point. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account closure.
• No Interference: You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the bij99 Platform or its underlying infrastructure. Vulnerability disclosure must be made responsibly to [email protected] and not exploited.
• Responsible Betting: You acknowledge that online gaming and sports betting involve financial risk. You agree to bet only with funds you can afford to lose. bij99 encourages all players to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.
• Compliance with Terms: You will familiarise yourself with and adhere to all terms, rules, and policies published on the bij99 Platform, including game-specific rules, promotion terms, and the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bij99 Platform — including but not limited to the bij99 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, sound effects, video content, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of bij99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

bij99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the bij99 Platform without prior written authorisation from bij99.

• Game Content: All casino game content is owned by and licensed from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others. Any reproduction or distribution of game content outside the bij99 Platform is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.
• User-Generated Content: Where the bij99 Platform allows players to submit content (such as support chat messages, feedback forms, or reviews), you grant bij99 a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content in connection with operating the Platform.
• Infringement Reporting: If you believe that any content on the bij99 Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at [email protected] with full details of the alleged infringement so we can investigate promptly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bij99 and its owners, directors, employees, agents, technology partners, and game suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the bij99 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to system error; losses resulting from any bet or game outcome; loss of data or account access; or any other loss whether foreseeable or not.

bij99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bij99 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates without interruption or error, bij99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from unauthorised access, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

• Game Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or betting outcome — including server errors, disconnections, or software bugs — bij99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the return of the original stake.
• Third-Party Services: bij99 is not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service partners. Issues arising from third-party services should be raised first with bij99 support, who will liaise with the relevant partner on your behalf.
• Force Majeure: bij99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond bij99's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures, or telecommunications outages.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless bij99, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bij99 Platform in a manner not authorised herein.
